Provide Executive Level Administrative Support. This includes, but is not limited to phone and email management, calendar organization, task management, and keeping the Team committed to key tasks. Play an active role in every stage of transactions such as handling transaction paperwork, setting up appointments with clients, vendors, attorneys, and contractors. Providing white glove, concierge service to clients through activities such as selecting client gifts, assisting with relocation support, and escrow activities. Scheduling showings for properties and assisting with writing up offers, associated documents and file compliance.
Schedule and Prepare the Team for Appointments. Assist with marketing campaigns and initiatives on behalf of the Team such as generating brochures, social media marketing, scheduling, and assisting with listing, showing, and closing preparation.
Leasing Agent. Marketing rental properties on multiple platforms to ensure high level exposure. Communicating with prospective tenants to guide them through the rental application and move-in process. Communicating with current tenants to assist with move-in, move-out and maintenance needs. Providing executive support to ensure a continued high level of satisfaction for residents.
The Ideal Candidate enjoys building long-lasting, quality relationships. Able to work under limited supervision, taking initiative when necessary. Tech-savvy is a big bonus (i.e. Google Drive, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Authentisign, CRMs, QuickBooks) This job requires flexibility and being able to adapt to needs.
