Steward holds a Master’s degree in Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tuskegee University, a foundation that shapes his analytical approach to brokerage, development, and investment. He also serves as a Commissioner for the Montgomery Housing Authority representing District 7, where he helps guide housing policy and stewardship of public resources — a natural extension of his dedication to expanding access to quality housing.

A career military leader, Steward serves as a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States military and is a deacon at his church, reflecting a lifelong commitment to service, faith, and leadership. As a devoted husband and father of four, he is passionate about creating opportunities that strengthen families and build generational stability.
